To order a lamp, please visit our website vaver.studio/lamp-configurator and create your lamp design. Currently, you can design one lamp at a time. If you would like to order multiple lamps, please send multiple requests or specify this information in the checkout form. Our team will contact you within 1 working day to finalize the details. Please note that weaving the lamps may take up to 3 months for the most complex designs. 

Once the details are confirmed, you will receive secure payment information. We conduct all payments via PayPal to ensure the safety of your transaction. Afterward, the Head Weaveress will assign a weaver to your lamp, and you will be provided with an estimated shipping date.

Our luxury lamps cater to both interior designers who order on behalf of their clients and individuals looking to purchase lamps for their personal use.

Each lamp is individually priced based on the order specifications, including colors, pattern, size, and quantity. Factors such as the length of electric cords, ceiling sockets, and mounting points required for compositions may also affect pricing. 

We offer attractive discounts to our selected partners and resellers, which they can pass on to their clients or use for additional income. Architects, interior designers, stores, store chains, and Instagram influencers can become our partners and enjoy special provisions. Our lamps are custom hand-made, made-to-order plywood lamps. Buyers can define the width, height, material pattern, and color of the lamp. We offer three pre-defined color sets to choose from. Further details and assistance can be discussed with a personal assistant who will be in touch with private buyers, resellers, or partners.

Please note that all visual materials, including 3D configurator renders, photos, and visualizations, are for inspiration purposes only. The actual product may have slight differences due to the natural characteristics of Finnish plywood and the unique properties of the Benoît material used in the lamp’s composition. We ensure that all lamps are shipped in safe, closed containers labeled as fragile loads. The order statement will only mention „lamp shade” as that’s what you will receive, right? Additionally, our shipping practices are carbon-neutral as we allocate a portion of our sales income to make it environmentally friendly.

We provide a 5-year warranty that covers hidden flaws in the lamps. Additionally, we offer unlimited support for fixing and rejuvenating your lamps. Please note that natural use and exposure to weather conditions may require additional protection for outdoor use. Wood may also react to natural light with color fading. While our Koskisen plywood ensures durability and longevity, natural materials have limits. 

We offer a free return within 30 days for lamps that did not meet your expectations. All costs will be refunded, except for custom-made lamps, for which a 30% charge of the lamp’s price applies. However, this limit does not apply to our selected partners and their clients. To avoid any mistakes, you can request a 3D model of your lamp size or order samples in the desired color.

We are dedicated to making our production carbon-neutral and operating a fair, community-driven workplace. Most of our weavers work from home, all of them are local artisans experienced in weaving Benoît – a skill passed on diligently from Pola to others. All of the production is personally overlooked by the inventress, Pola Vaver.

We choose Koskisen as our material supplier not only for their superior quality but also for their efficiency and focus on low-impact production. At vaver.studio, we strive to make our lamps as ecological as possible because we believe there is no beauty in waste. By prioritizing sustainability and supporting local artisans, we aim to create a positive impact on both the environment and the communities we work with.

All personal data collected will be retained for a period of 2 years for transactional communication as requested by the data owner. We may share this data with our partners involved in completing transactions, including couriers, payment processors, accounting, and other relevant partners. To process requests related to sending newsletters, delivering file downloads (such as 3D models and PDF handouts), and providing lamp configuration pricing, we need your permission to process your data for marketing and sales purposes.
